How long does it take to make a scarf that is sold out/out of stock?
If you like a design that is sold out, we can gladly prepare it for you within four to eight weeks. Since each scarf is unique and is hand-painted with care and passion, it requires us time to process the design and create them.
Is there any special care instruction for these hand-painted silk Scarves?
These handprinted silk scarves are made of fine quality textiles and crystals. To enjoy these beautiful art pieces for years to come please make sure to follow the maintenance instruction carefully. To keep them in their best shape, only wash by hand using cold water and air dry. You may use steamer or iron from the reverse side with low temperature for straightening.

If your chosen scarf is in stock it will take us one to two business days to complete the paperwork and put it in the mail.
We are located in Calgary, Canada, it can take from one to three weeks for your scarf to arrive based on your location in the world. We ship worldwide.
What is your return policy?
Due to the delicate nature of these art pieces, return on these items is not available. We would gladly exchange any unworn piece with original tags and receipt within fourteen days of purchase. No return or exchange on the items that are customized and are made just for you based on your personal order.
